The AHL SCHULL, built in 1870, is a listed building located in the historic center of Bergheim-Niederaußem. It is situated close to the old Catholic church and the public park known as "Grüne Lunge" (Green Lung).

In 2016, the historic building underwent a comprehensive renovation in close consultation with the city of Bergheim's heritage protection authority. As a result, ten modern apartments were created, combining the unique character of the listed building with contemporary living comfort.

The apartment offered here is located on the ground floor and has two rooms. It will be available to move into from September 1st, 2026.

The existing built-in kitchen can be taken over by the current tenant, subject to agreement and reimbursement of reasonable costs.

We are primarily looking for a non-smoking household. The keeping of dogs and cats is not desired.

Niederaußem is a district of the town of Bergheim, located in the Rhein-Erft district in North Rhine-Westphalia. With almost 6,000 residents, Niederaußem is one of the largest districts of Bergheim and has a well-developed local infrastructure.

The town is located approximately 18 kilometers (11 miles) west of Cologne and geographically belongs to the Rhineland brown coal mining region. Niederaußem is particularly well-known throughout the region for its power plant, which has significantly shaped the town's development and appearance for decades.

The federal highway B477 runs through the town center. Approximately five kilometers away, there is a connection to the federal highway A61. Numerous bus connections link Niederaußem to Bergheim, the surrounding towns, and the western part of Cologne.
