The house features a new, very beautiful, and modern kitchen. There are no furnishings or lamps included; you will need to provide your own. For internet access, you will need to sign up with Starlink or a provider of wireless internet; a DSL connection is not available. The house extends over three floors. It has a garden and a lovely terrace on the ground floor. The house is largely accessible. On the ground floor, there is also a guest toilet.
