You can reach the highway in approximately 20 minutes, the Saxon Switzerland region by bike in about 35 minutes, and the Dresden Heath on foot in about 8 minutes. Bus line 61 and train line 11 will take you to the city center in approximately 25 minutes. It takes about 35 minutes by bus to reach the Technical University (TU) or the University Clinic. You can find everyday necessities at Ullersdorfer Platz, and for everything else, there's a large shopping center in Weißig. You can share the garden, put your sun lounger in the sun, and have barbecues with friends. The apartment is intended for one person. Unfortunately, furry pets are not allowed.
