The warehouse is available for rent and is equipped with pallet racking and cantilever shelving (see photos). There is also an overhead crane with a capacity of 3.2 tons. The unit also includes a kitchenette. The warehouse is heated using two different sources. Either through a separate oil heating system, which provides localized heat quickly and is perfectly adequate during transitional periods. Alternatively, a wood-burning heating system can also be used.
