Starting August 1st, two lockable rooms will be available for rent in a completely renovated 93 square meter apartment (with approximately 50 square meters of kitchen/living area and 2 new bathrooms) on the ground floor of a beautiful villa in Flamersheim. These are lovely rooms, available for the first time after a complete renovation.

The apartment has a total of 4 lockable rooms, and they will all be part of a new 4-person WG starting August 1st. The entire apartment has 93 square meters of living space and features:

* 4 lockable single rooms for individual use
* A high-quality, fully equipped solid wood kitchen with a dishwasher
* Two bathrooms
* A large living/dining area as the central and heart of the apartment
* A small storage room for communal use

The monthly rent (including utilities) per room is:

* Single rooms: 449,-
* Room 4 is a "Tiny Apartment": 429,- (furnished, including utilities)
* Approximately 7.81 square meters of floor space + 2.5 square meters of loft bed (only offered furnished), perfect for commuters.

All rooms are bright, modern, and are currently being completely renovated. The rent includes: Electricity, water, and heating – the standard utilities. It's possible to rent a room furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, lamps, and a chair. We've calculated the price for this at €49 per month. For an additional €15 per month, we can provide a washing machine and dryer, including the cost of usage.

By car: Approximately 10 minutes to Rheinbach (H-BRS University) and 12 minutes to the center of Euskirchen. Public transport: A bus stop is within a few minutes' walk (lines to EU/Rheinbach). Shopping: A Netto supermarket, bakery, and pharmacy are located directly in the village.

Whether you're a student, trainee, or working professional – the most important thing is that we get along well.
