Miscellaneous
A reasonable, stepped rental rate will be agreed upon, providing planning security for all parties. The apartment will not be offered for short-term rentals. The minimum rental period is 12 months, meaning the tenancy agreement can only be terminated after one year. Utility costs, including heating, will be billed annually. You will pay a monthly advance payment for utilities (including heating) of EUR 200, which will then be reconciled. In addition to the monthly base rent plus utility advance payments (total rent of EUR 750), a security deposit equivalent to 3 months' base rent (EUR 1,650) will be charged. The security deposit should be paid in full by bank transfer to the landlord before or at the start of the tenancy and upon receiving the keys. If you are interested, please contact us and tell us a little about yourself, for example, how many people would be living in the apartment? When would you like to rent and move into the apartment? A permanent employment contract is a requirement and should be provided. What is your profession? As a prospective tenant, please also prepare the following documents and submit them to the landlord:
- Completed self-disclosure form (which I will provide to you before a viewing).
- Current Schufa credit report (available online).
- Pay stubs and a copy of your employment contract.
- Proof of the full amount of the security deposit (bank statement).
- Proof of a valid private liability insurance policy.
