A spacious hallway leads to two separate, bright rooms, a large kitchen, and a small bathroom with a shower. The living room, which faces the street, is south-facing, approximately 19 square meters in size, and has access to a small balcony. The bedroom overlooks the quiet courtyard, is about 20 square meters, and faces north. Both rooms feature subtle, beautiful stucco ceilings and characteristic arched windows with soundproofing (historically necessary due to its proximity to the former Tempelhof airport). The windows are truly fantastic because they completely block out any noise. The apartment building and courtyard are very quiet. Many residents own their apartments, and there's an active homeowners' association that provides good suggestions and incentives. The courtyard will soon be redesigned, and among other things, more bicycle parking spaces will be created. The apartment was partially renovated at the end of 2012. The following work was carried out: The bathroom was completely retiled, and the shower, toilet, and sink were replaced, along with new ceiling lights and a towel radiator. All the walls were newly plastered and painted. The kitchen floor was tiled. Oak strip flooring, 22 mm thick, was installed in the rooms and hallway. Electrical outlets and light switch covers were replaced. The windows, doors, and radiators were cleaned and painted, and the insulating seals on all the windows were renewed. The apartment is currently perfectly habitable, but some minor renovation work would significantly improve it: painting, potentially sanding the parquet flooring, and replacing some broken tiles in the bathroom and kitchen. The apartment includes a cellar.

For long-distance travel, Südkreuz station is recommended, offering a direct and fast connection to BER airport or to long-distance trains on the north-south axis.
