Starting October 1st, 2026, we will be renting out a 3-room apartment (62 m²). The layout of the apartment is ideal for a single person or a young couple. The kitchen, dining area, and living room are designed as an open space. This means that only one room can be used as a bedroom. The apartment features a cozy built-in kitchen, which is included in the rental price. It is equipped with an oven, ceramic cooktop, extractor hood, a new dishwasher, and a refrigerator/freezer combination. The bathroom (with shower) was completely renovated in 2025. The washing machine is also located in the bathroom. The apartment will be rented out in renovated condition with white walls. A storage room in the basement and a parking space for a car are also included in the rental price. Hot water and heating are provided centrally via a gas boiler. The cleaning of the stairwell and the provision of trash bins are handled by an external service provider. The costs for this are included in the additional costs. Total additional costs for 1 person: €180 per month; for 2 people: €200 per month. A viewing appointment can only be arranged after you have submitted a completed self-disclosure form. The security deposit must be paid in full before moving into the apartment.

The apartment is located on the top floor of a multi-family building with 6 units, and it's situated in a quiet side street near the center of town, just off Bingener Straße.
