The rental price is a fixed monthly fee, including utilities, plus VAT. The minimum rental period is 12 months.

The storage unit is enclosed by a 2.60-meter high wire mesh fence and is open at the top. The lockable area per storage unit is approximately 55 square meters, plus approximately 20 square meters of private loading zone.

* Access available from 6:00 AM to 8:00 PM, 365 days a year.
* Accessible by car and truck, right up to the storage unit.
* Access is video-monitored.
* Temperature maintained at a minimum of 7°C (underfloor heating).
* Privacy screens are available (not yet installed, as shown in the photos).

The following is not permitted:

* Storage of hazardous or explosive materials.
* Parking of vehicles.
* Use as a workshop.

The extensive industrial park, formerly the site of the Ewald coal mine, has its own connection to the public transportation network and is easily accessible via the junctions of the A2, A42, and A43 highways. A cozy bakery is located directly on the premises. The city center and supermarket are just a few minutes away. Furthermore, the recreational value is excellent: our location borders directly on the large green area of the "Halde Hoheward," and there are various event venues nearby.
