I'm looking to swap (not rent!) a larger apartment for a smaller apartment or room.

I would like to exchange my rental apartment, which has 2 rooms and is 67 square meters in size, located on Biskupcova street, for a smaller apartment or room (ideally a studio - 1 room). I'm looking for a place for one person, as I don't need so much space.

About the apartment: It's in a quiet, green courtyard (almost like a private park), has a balcony, a separate kitchen and hallway, and a storage room. The rent is 28,300 CZK per month, including utilities for one person. The landlord is easygoing and allows pets, but he's looking for a reliable, long-term tenant.
