The apartment is located on a high floor of an attractive and well-maintained older building, close to the Barmer city center. The apartment consists of two rooms located one behind the other, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a small, brand new bathroom. In addition, there is a comfortable seating and reading area made of wicker furniture. The highlight of this interestingly shaped room is the exposed and restored window from the house's construction period, which gives the room a unique living atmosphere.
Kitchen
The small kitchen is fully equipped with an induction cooktop, a range hood, a dishwasher, an oven, and a refrigerator with a freezer and NoFrost technology. You will also find a Nespresso machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a microwave, as well as all the necessary cooking utensils, cutlery, and dishes. A small, cozy breakfast area completes the kitchen.
Bathroom
The completely renovated, small but elegant bathroom features a shower (120 x 80 cm) including a rain shower, a wall-mounted toilet, and a solid oak countertop with a built-in sink. Location
The street "Am Wichelhausberg" is a quiet side street located near the center of Barmen. The pedestrian zone around the Werth is easily accessible within a few minutes' walk.

Bus lines 610, 624, and 632 operate nearby (stops at Mühlenweg and Münzstraße). The Werther Brücke suspended railway station is approximately 500 meters away.
Within a few minutes, you can reach the A 46 motorway, either via Steinweg and Carnaper Str. (entrance W-Barmen) or via Westkotter and Märkische Str. (entrance W-Wichlinghausen). This provides excellent road access to Düsseldorf and the Ruhr area.
There are ample resident parking spaces directly in front of the building. The corresponding permits can be applied for at the city for €30 per year. In addition, there are further free parking spaces in the surrounding streets.
In the immediate vicinity, there is access to the attractive "Nordbahntrasse" recreational area. A spa is also located nearby.

A new washer-dryer is available for shared use with the tenants of the adjacent apartment, located in a storage room in the hallway.
The stated all-inclusive rent is for one person and a minimum rental period of 3 months. It includes regular utilities, as well as electricity, heating, Magenta TV, Wi-Fi internet access (soon to be fiber optic), and cleaning of the stairwell.
If the apartment is occupied by two people, the rent increases by €100 per month. Shorter rental periods may be possible upon request. If desired, the landlord can handle the registration with the contribution service (Beitragsservice); the associated costs will be added to the all-inclusive rent.
A final cleaning fee is payable upon moving out. The cost will depend on the amount of work required.
