We are offering a 5-room apartment on the 1st floor/attic of a 3-family house. The apartment is located on the first floor. It features 5 rooms, a kitchen, an entrance hall on the ground floor and on the 1st floor, and a bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, the attic, which belongs to the apartment, and the basement offer ample storage space. All the windows were replaced between 2018 and 2022. The bathroom was completely renovated in August 2025. There are no longer any wooden panels on the ceilings or walls in the individual rooms; these have all been removed. Unfortunately, I do not have the most up-to-date photos. The left side of the building was completely renovated and insulated in 2019. The rear exterior wall of the apartment was completely insulated in 2025/2026. A garage and an outdoor parking space can be rented if required. Wallboxes for charging electric vehicles are installed in the garages and, in some cases, on the outdoor parking spaces. Furthermore, there is the possibility of renting a share of the garden. The energy performance certificate can be viewed during the apartment viewing. The insulation measures and the new windows have not yet been included in the energy performance certificate.
