The tram stop is conveniently located directly in front of the building.

All common educational institutions (university, college, etc.) are easily accessible within a short time by public transport or bicycle. Due to its city center location, all daily necessities and evening activities are readily available. It is located near the City-Galerie shopping center, which offers a variety of shops, doctors' offices, pharmacies, cafes, and a cinema. The pedestrian zone is also just a few minutes away on foot.
