The large garden (600 m2) is available for use by all tenants. The upkeep is shared by all tenants on a rotating basis, as is the cleaning of the stairwell and other communal areas.
The communal laundry room provides the option to install a washing machine and a dryer.
Cable television is available in the building and must be arranged and paid for directly with the provider. A fiber optic internet connection is also available.
A large parking space, which could also accommodate two small cars, can be rented separately.
The rent is composed as follows:

The house is located at Eickumer Str. 35 in Jöllenbeck. The nearest well-stocked supermarket with a butcher and bakery, as well as the bus stop with all the major bus lines to the city center, are within walking distance (just 20 house numbers away).
The connection to the city center and the university is good. You can reach Bielefeld's city center by car in 15-20 minutes.
All the necessary infrastructure, including doctors, other shops, schools, etc., can be found nearby in the center of Jöllenbeck. The house is within the catchment area of the Am Waldschlößchen primary school.

The church communities offer a comprehensive cultural and religious program. In addition to the weekly market on Friday afternoons during the summer months, the district office organizes cultural events on Wednesday evenings, which are very popular. The district office of the city administration, where you can access many city services, is located on Amtsstraße.
