We are renting out a bright 15 m² room in our spacious 200 m² apartment building in Schwabing to a woman who works or studies in Munich during the week.
The room has beautiful parquet flooring and a window overlooking a quiet courtyard. A bed, wardrobe, and desk are already provided. You will have your own toilet, and we will share the kitchen, bathroom, and balcony.
We value a quiet and well-maintained home.

Electricity and internet are included, and we share the costs of a cleaning service proportionally.
Unfortunately,­ pets are not allowed, and we are looking for a non-smoker.

The apartment is located directly between Münchner Freiheit and Kurfürstenplatz. It's on a very quiet street, but still in the heart of the action: supermarkets, cafes, and public transportation are all within walking distance.
