The apartment is located on the first floor of a multi-family building built in 1899, in a quiet side street in the eastern district. Unfortunately, parking is very limited. However, trams and facilities of the Technical University are within walking distance. From the entrance hall, you can access the two rooms and the bathroom, which has a window. The large kitchen-living room, with a practical pantry, is adjacent to the living room and offers plenty of space for a dining area. The built-in kitchen belongs to the previous tenant and should be taken over. The utility costs do not include heating costs. Heating is provided by a gas boiler, and a supply contract must be concluded directly with the energy provider. We would like to explicitly point out that, in the interest of the homeowners' association, keeping dogs is not permitted in this building.
