The apartment was completely renovated approximately one year ago and is furnished (see photos). The building is quiet, with friendly neighbors, and only has 5 units. The garden is available for communal use. A longer-term rental as an unfurnished apartment, or the possibility of taking over the furniture with a rent reduction, is negotiable.

The apartment is quiet and in an absolutely ideal location, close to shops, doctors' offices, and public transportation. Everything is within about a 5-minute walk.
