The authentic feeling of living in this over 200 year old farmhouse comes with a historically grown construction method. The sound insulation is therefore not comparable with the standards of modern new buildings.

Despite the beautiful secluded location above the roofs of Hausham, you are in 2 minutes by car in the town center with all shopping facilities, doctors, banks and a small train station, from where you can take the BOB train to Munich Central Station (about 40 minutes) to Schliersee or directly to the mountains.
