In addition, a 7.6 kWh south-facing photovoltaic system was installed on the roof in 2011. Heating is provided, except in the shower room, through underfloor and wall heating systems with water circulation. As a backup system, there is an oil burner, which is rarely used. Although there are some minor issues, such as the need to replace the window pane in the stairwell window to the right of the front door, and one of the eight modules of the solar thermal system, the house is in an extremely good condition, in my opinion. In theory, after painting and replacing the window pane, it would be possible to move in immediately. There is a report prepared by a surveyor that values the house at €1,100,000.00.
