"Blankenburger 12" Housing Cooperative.

The cooperative is developing a new construction project located north of the palace park in Pankow-Niederschönhausen. A side street leading to Blankenburger Straße provides direct access to the park. The project, situated on a 663m² plot, includes a main building with 6 floors and a garden house with 2 floors. The main building aligns with the building line of the neighboring buildings on Blankenburger Straße. The apartments in the main building are oriented south, towards the garden. The garden will be used communally. Potential members of the cooperative can contribute their ideas to the floor plan and design.

Bicycle parking spaces are planned in the basement and in the garden. The building will be designed to achieve a high level of energy efficiency, meeting the KfW 40 standard for insulation.

The property is located on Blankenburger Straße, in a 30 km/h zone established due to the proximity of the "Marie-Christine" elementary school, which is located almost directly across the street.
