The tiny house has already been sold (marked with a red X in the photos), but the plot is still ideal for a similar use, such as a tiny house, yurt, or simply as a personal retreat in nature. The property includes a shed, several lovely seating areas, a fire pit, and an impressive old oak tree that is a wonderful place to relax, especially in the summer. There is a private water connection with a frost-proof meter housing. Currently, there is no direct electrical connection to the property, as I have been using solar power. However, there is a power line nearby. According to preliminary information from the utility company, a connection should be generally possible, which would, of course, involve corresponding costs. Important: The property is grassland and not designated for building. I also want to be open about the fact that a tiny house stood there without any problems for many years. In my opinion, the location is advantageous because the property borders existing development, is not located in a remote clearing, and is barely noticeable from above or the outside due to the trees. Throughout my time there, there were never any problems with my tiny house. What I particularly love about this place is the combination of absolute tranquility and, at the same time, good accessibility. The air is exceptionally clear due to its proximity to the Szczecin Lagoon and the Baltic Sea. The forests in the surrounding area seem untouched, and you are always alone there, rarely encountering other people. Places like this are becoming increasingly rare.

A small, idyllic forest lake is reachable on foot in about 15 minutes, while a larger lake is about 25 minutes away. Large and diverse forest areas begin practically right outside your doorstep.
The small town of Löcknitz is only about 10 minutes away by car and offers everything you need for daily life: doctors, schools, kindergartens, shops, a hardware store, a gas station, etc. A primary school is even located just about 5 minutes away in the neighboring village. Additionally, there is a health food store in the vicinity.
If you feel like experiencing city life, cafes, or good food, Szczecin is reachable by car in about 30 minutes. The city pleasantly surprises many people and offers a wide selection of restaurants, cafes, and services, often at significantly lower prices than in Germany.
