The hall is available for rent and is equipped with pallet racking and cantilever shelving (see photos). There is also an overhead crane with a capacity of 3.2 tons. The kitchenette is also included as part of the facilities. The hall is heated using two different heating sources. Either through a separate oil heating system, which provides a localized heat source quickly and is perfectly adequate during the transition seasons. Alternatively, the wood-burning heating system can also be used.

The commercial property is located in the Nord industrial area of Neu-Ulm/Burlafingen, and is therefore not far from the Nersingen motorway junction (A7).
