We offer a total of 7 fully furnished accommodation units designed for workers, with a combined capacity of up to 40 people. These accommodations are ideal for construction workers, tradespeople, construction companies, and temporary staffing agencies. All units feature single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower/toilet, and Wi-Fi.

The units are distributed as follows:
- Unit 1 (Ground Floor): 3 rooms
- Unit 2 (Ground Floor): 4 rooms
- Unit 3 (First Floor): 2 rooms
- Unit 4 (First Floor): 3 rooms
- Unit 5 (Attic): 2 rooms
- Unit 6 (New Construction, Attic): 3 rooms
- Unit 7: 3 rooms

Rental is possible for both small and larger groups.

The accommodations are located in Moosburg. Shops, restaurants, and public transportation are easily accessible. Munich is reachable in 33 minutes by train. The A92 highway and the airport are also nearby.
