We are looking for a friendly, easygoing, and experienced roommate for our shared apartment on the first floor. The apartment and the entire house have been completely renovated and are in excellent condition (new windows, facade, new bathroom, new electrical system, new flooring, etc.). Your new room is bright and welcoming, painted white with laminate flooring, and furnished with a 1.40 m bed, bedside table, large wardrobe, and desk – everything you see in the pictures is included in the room :-)
The bathroom has a shower and natural light. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need – a large refrigerator with a small freezer, oven, kitchenware, etc. The rent includes most expenses (insurance, garbage disposal, etc.). You will pay a monthly advance for electricity, gas, and water (€50/month), and a final and/or regular settlement will be made at the end of your tenancy. A very fast internet connection is also included in the rent. There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the basement. Outside, there are seating areas and storage space for bicycles. A parking space for your car can also be rented, depending on availability, and optionally with an electric charging station. Now, let's talk about you:
Ideally, you should be between 20 and 30 years old. It would be great if you are a student, intern, graduate student, trainee, recent graduate, or something similar. Shared Accommodation:
This is a friendly shared apartment in a house where there are several other shared accommodations with young people. Cleanliness and order are just as important as a sociable living environment. Pets and smokers are not allowed. Since everything is brand new, we place great importance on order and careful treatment of the furnishings.
The best way to reach us is through the messaging function. Please tell us who you are, what you do, and a little bit about yourselves, so we can get a better idea of whether you would be a good fit for us. Here's some important information regarding the handover of the room when you move out: We want everything to be perfectly clean when a new roommate moves in. Therefore, your room will be professionally cleaned when the previous tenant moves out. Due to past experiences with the cleanliness of the shared accommodation when tenants move out, we have agreed on the following: Your room and the common areas must be handed over in a clean and tidy condition, swept and organized. A cleaning service will then take care of a thorough cleaning. A fixed fee of €150 will be charged for this. It may sound strict, but experience has shown that there are always people who don't know how to use a cleaning cloth, and the new tenant will definitely receive a clean room :-)
