The house is a fully brick-clad prefabricated house from Denmark, with solid calcium silicate brick walls inside. The garden, which is close to nature, offers plenty of space for a swing set or sandbox, a hammock, a barbecue area, a pond, or flower beds, and is shielded from view of the adjacent fields by a tall hedge. The regular school bus service to and from Nackhausen provides a good basis for accessing educational opportunities; in Neunkirchen and Seelscheid, there are schools of all types, from primary school to grammar school or vocational college. You will also find doctors, pharmacies, kindergartens, and various branches of large supermarket chains and discount retailers there. The area has good transport links. The A3 (Cologne-Frankfurt), A4 (Aachen-Olpe), and A560 (Bonn-Hennef) motorways can be reached in just about 10-15 minutes. Several federal roads run through the municipality: the B 56 (Bonn-Gummersbach), the B 507 (Lohmar-Neunkirchen), and the B 478 (Hennef-Waldbröl). The neighboring towns are... The towns of Siegburg, Lohmar, Overath, Much, Ruppichteroth, and Hennef are easily accessible via well-maintained roads. The nearest train stations are located in Siegburg (an ICE station on the Cologne-Frankfurt line) and Hennef. Direct bus connections run from both cities to Neunkirchen-Seelscheid.
