By August 1st at the latest, two rooms will be available for rent in a completely renovated 93 square meter apartment (with approximately 50 square meters of kitchen and living space, and 2 new bathrooms) on the ground floor of a beautiful villa in Flamersheim. These are beautiful rooms, available for the first time after renovation. The apartment has a total of 4 lockable rooms, all of which will form a new 4-person shared living arrangement starting August 1st. The entire apartment has 93 square meters of living space and includes:
* 4 private, lockable rooms for individual use
* A high-quality, fully equipped solid wood kitchen with a dishwasher
* Two bathrooms
* A large living/dining area as the central and heart of the apartment
* A small storage room for communal use

The monthly rent (including utilities) per room is:
* Private room: €449, starting August 1st, 2026 (potentially available earlier, by arrangement at the end of June).
* Room 4: Approximately... 7.81 square meters of living space + 2.5 square meters of a loft bed, available from August 1st, 2026, for €429 (the micro-apartment is offered furnished only), perfect for commuters. All rooms are bright and modern and are currently being completely renovated. The rent includes electricity, water, heating, so all the usual utilities. It is possible to rent the room furnished with a bed, chest of drawers, wardrobe, desk, lamps, and chair. We have calculated this at €49 per month. For €15 per month, we can provide a washing machine and dryer, including your own washing and drying cycles.

About the shared accommodation / Who I'm looking for:
I am looking for a relaxed roommate who values a harmonious living environment. Whether you are a student, trainee, or working professional, the important thing is that we get along well. The room (and the entire apartment) will be newly renovated and available to move into from June 1st, 2026. (The pictures show the property in its unrenovated state. We will provide new pictures as needed throughout the renovation process, which is starting in early May.) Newly renovated rooms are available from July 1st and August 1st in a different apartment within the same building, which is currently undergoing renovation. Are you interested?
