As we (an elderly German couple) ourselves live in the ground floor apartment of the house, a good and harmonious relationship with our neighbors is important to us. A quiet couple or a maximum of 3 people who appreciate a well-maintained home would be a good fit for us. Ideally, we are looking for non-smokers and people without pets.
