Sale of a municipal building plot.

The building plot No. 27, located on the northeastern edge of the "Ob dem Korntaler Weg" development area in Ottilie-Wildermuth-Straße, is intended for the construction of a detached single-family dwelling.

The town of Ditzingen is offering this plot for sale through a sealed-bid process.
The minimum bid for the purchase of the building plot is €682,800. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the bidding platform baupilot.com/ditzingen.
The period for submitting bids begins on June 1, 2026, and ends on June 30, 2026.
The property will be sold to the highest bidder, provided that the purchase offer is submitted on time. The offer must be accompanied by a bank confirmation demonstrating financing for the property purchase of at least €500,000.

The new residential area is located on the northeastern edge of Ditzingen, between Münchinger Straße, Knielstraße, and Korntaler Straße.

It seamlessly integrates into the existing structure of the Ditzingen-Ost development area and further enhances it. It consists of manageable neighborhoods that come together to form larger districts, which are in turn divided by green spaces of various designs.
