If you are interested in becoming a resident of our shared apartment (WG), please write to us a few lines introducing yourself, telling us what you do, and where you have lived before. We have a room available in our apartment on the top floor (DG) in Flamersheim, starting June 1st. It's a lovely room, newly renovated and available for the first time. The apartment has 3 lockable rooms, all of which will be occupied by a new group of 3 people starting June 1st. The entire apartment is 70 square meters and includes:
* A fully equipped kitchen
* A bathroom
* A small storage room for communal use
And a total of 3 rooms for the residents.

Room 1: Approximately 13.80 square meters, available from June 1st, 2026, at a monthly rent of €429 (including utilities).
Starting July 1st and August 1st, we also have rooms available in other newly renovated apartments, and we are looking for nice tenants.
Room 2: Approximately 13.91 square meters, available from July 1st, 2026, in another apartment within the same building, at a monthly rent of €449 (including utilities).
Room 3: Approximately 11.09 square meters, furnished, available from July 1st, 2026, at a monthly rent of €459 (including utilities).
Room 4: Approximately 7.81 square meters, available from August 1st, 2026, at a monthly rent of €399 (including utilities). (This is a small, furnished studio apartment in another apartment within the same building, perfect for commuters.) All the rooms are bright, filled with natural light, and located in a quiet area, and are currently being completely renovated. Therefore, it makes sense to inquire about a later move-in date and to write a clear and informative email.

I am looking for a relaxed and easygoing housemate who values a harmonious living environment. Whether you are a student, trainee, or working professional – the most important thing is that we get along well. The room (entire apartment) will be handed over completely renovated and is available to move into on June 1st, 2026. (The photos show the unrenovated condition. We will provide new photos as needed throughout the renovation process, which starts in early May.)
