Adjacent to the kitchen is a separate storage room, ideal for storing drinks, food, and kitchen utensils. The bathroom features both a shower with fixed walls and a bathtub for relaxation. The apartment also has a separate guest toilet.
A storage room in the basement is available, as well as a laundry/drying room where a washing machine and dryer can be installed. There is a connection for a vented dryer that leads to the outside.
The lawn area behind the house (see pictures) can also be used.
Location
The Petersberg district is very peaceful, and its location, primarily characterized by single-family homes with gardens, is very popular. It's situated on a hillside, offering a beautiful view of the city below. For example, the Obersberg secondary school is only a 20-minute walk away, and the nearest grocery store is just a 10-minute walk.
