We are renting out a completely renovated and high-quality furnished apartment in a fully restored and modernized building. Here, you can expect modern living comfort in a stylish environment – with a special highlight: a large, 75 m2 private garden, directly accessible from the apartment. Features:

The rent of €970 includes all associated costs (super-fast internet, cleaning service, insurance costs, garbage disposal, etc.). You will pay a utility advance payment of €90 per month for gas, electricity, and water, and consumption will be billed periodically. The total rent is therefore €1,060. Shops for daily necessities, the Cannstatter Carré shopping center, the Bad Cannstatt train station, the Wasen fairgrounds, the stadium, and the Neckar river are all within easy walking distance. You can conveniently do your laundry in the basement using a coin-operated washing machine and dryer. There are seating areas in front of the building, and a bicycle storage area (partially covered under the balcony).

- The new Veielbrunnenpark is also very close (the outdoor gym is only about 50 meters from the apartment).
