We've lived in this house since 2017, and of course, some cosmetic repairs are necessary. Everything is within reasonable limits. The guest bathroom should be repainted or retiled. In the large bathroom, the sinks and shower screen should be replaced.
The kitchen is of very high quality and only requires minor repairs. The floors are made of solid wood.
Location
The house is located in a very quiet cul-de-sac. You can hear crickets and birds, and in the morning, the sun shines (of course, only when it shines) into the bathroom and onto the breakfast terrace or dining table.
The house is within the catchment area of the Carls-Schurz elementary school, and the secondary school is less than 6 minutes away. The Rastatt train station is about a 20-minute walk. So, it's a house in the city, surrounded by nature.
