Although it's an attic apartment, there are no sloping ceilings in the bedroom, and very few in the other rooms, meaning there's plenty of space for furniture. Furthermore, the entire attic floor is above the main living area. Behind the house is a small garden, accessible from the house via a courtyard door, and shared with the residents of the neighboring house at Moltkestraße 3.
