For sale: Cottage/Cabin, 111 m², Land: 569 m².

I am offering for sale a former ranger's house located in the quiet and picturesque area of Tomášov, in the municipality of Mikulášovice. This is a detached family home, building number 8, situated away from the main residential area, offering plenty of privacy and surrounded by greenery.

The house has a footprint of 81 m² and is perfectly habitable. A new bathroom has been recently installed, and the rest of the property's condition reflects its age, as can be seen in the photographs. The sale also includes a shed with a footprint of 30 m² and a garden measuring 569 m², offering space for relaxation and other activities.

This property is suitable for both permanent living and recreational purposes – as a holiday home in a peaceful environment surrounded by nature. The location is ideal for those who appreciate tranquility, hiking, and spending time in the countryside.

Viewings are possible by prior arrangement.
