Upon entering, the living area impresses with its openness and brightness. The spacious balcony (2x4 meters) is particularly impressive. It appears as a platform with a glass surround, allowing you to enjoy the view from inside, even from the couch, all the way to the horizon. The apartment was completely renovated in 2009: electrical wiring, flooring, white doors, bathroom, balcony surface and surround. Dormer windows were renovated in the bedroom in 2011, and the balcony was resealed in 2020. Cosmetic work was completed in 2022: a complete repaint, including a new fitted kitchen and bathroom furniture.

The entire house, including the staircase and a small garden, is meticulously maintained. You can also fully utilize your own staircase, as there are no direct neighbors, for example, as storage space (e.g., for food supplies, shoe racks, pictures, etc.).
