I have lived in this beautiful apartment since 2014 and, during my working life, I have greatly appreciated the short walk to work, the peaceful evenings, and the many opportunities for leisure activities. However, I am now spending my retirement permanently in the Eifel region, and I have made the difficult decision to offer the apartment for sale. Therefore, a quick handover is possible.
