The living spaces on the ground floor were completely renovated in 2022 with meticulous attention to detail and feature above-average amenities, as they were originally intended for personal use. The following features are noteworthy:
- Luxurious fitted kitchen with a large island and breakfast bar: Leicht brand kitchen cabinets with ample storage (primarily drawers), a ceramic worktop, and high-quality appliances (Miele oven, steam oven, and dishwasher, Berbel hob and extractor fan);
- Modern, bright design with floor-to-ceiling windows or doors throughout the living/dining area;
- High-quality bathroom with a rain shower, a large bathtub, and a custom-made vanity;
- The ground floor is fully tiled, and all living spaces (except the basement) are heated by underfloor heating. The heat pump, which was commissioned in 2023, has been very cost-effective so far;
- All electrical wiring was renewed during the renovation. The apartment has numerous power outlets, LAN connections in all living spaces, as well as electric blinds and an intercom system with a camera.
Location
Neu-Anspach is located approximately 30km from Frankfurt am Main and is very well connected by car via the A661 and A5 highways. The train station is within a 15-minute walk or a short bus ride, and from there, the RB 15 line runs regularly to Bad Homburg, with up to 4 departures per hour during peak times on weekdays, some of which also run directly to Frankfurt Central Station without requiring a change. A direct connection to the S5 suburban railway line is planned for the near future.
In general, Neu-Anspach offers everything needed for a comfortable life: a wide variety of supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, and takeaway food outlets; bakeries and butchers, doctors, kindergartens, and a primary and comprehensive school. For larger shopping trips, Bad Homburg is easily accessible by car in 15-20 minutes.
The apartment is centrally located but very quiet in Neu-Anspach (near the town hall) and is surrounded by cul-de-sacs, so there is no through traffic.
