The city of Fürth is located in Middle Franconia, Bavaria, and, together with Nuremberg and Erlangen, forms the economically strong Nuremberg metropolitan region. With over 132,000 residents, it is the second-largest city in the district. The charming old town is particularly noteworthy, having largely survived the Second World War, unlike many other cities. Today, it is a popular destination for walks and cultural discoveries. The apartment is located in a well-connected, urban area with a variety of amenities nearby. Those who enjoy a leisurely breakfast or coffee can reach the nearby café "Krümelchen" in just about four minutes. For daily shopping, there are several supermarkets within a radius of approximately five to nine minutes by car, including Rewe, Edeka, Tegut, and Netto. The medical facilities are also well-developed, with several doctor's offices and clinics in the surrounding area. Relaxation in green spaces is also easily accessible. For drivers, the location also offers excellent access: Via the nearby federal highway B8, you can quickly reach the A73 (Nuremberg–Bamberg) and the B4R. In addition, there are direct connections to the A3, A6, and A9 motorways, as well as to the federal highways B2 and B14 – ideal for commuters or frequent travelers.
