Hello! We have three lovely rooms available for the first time, following renovations, in our apartment in Flammersheim, starting June 1st. The apartment has 3 lockable rooms, all of which are to be rented as part of a new group of 3 starting June 1st. If you are interested in becoming a resident of the shared apartment, please write to us a few lines introducing yourself, telling us about your interests and where you have lived previously. The entire apartment is 70 square meters and includes a kitchen, bathroom, and a small storage room for communal use, with a total of 3 rooms for the shared apartment. Options:

* Room 1: approximately 13.80 square meters, rent €429
* Room 2: approximately 15.91 square meters, rent €449
* Room 3: approximately 18.41 square meters, rent €459

All rooms are bright, well-lit, and located in a quiet area. The rent includes electricity, water, and heating, i.e., the standard additional costs. It is possible to rent the rooms furnished with a bed, dresser, wardrobe, desk, lamps, and chair. We have calculated an additional €49 per month for this.
