APARTMENT AND FURNISHINGS
A floor plan of the apartment is included in the photos. The rooms are between approximately 12 m2 and 20 m2, have been freshly painted, and some have direct access to a balcony. They are furnished with new IKEA furniture, including a bed, wardrobe, desk, and chair, making for a hassle-free move-in. The apartment also features a modern fitted kitchen. The building is a historic apartment building from the Gründerzeit era (built in 1910), with high ceilings and large windows. It's not a new building, but a house with a typical historic character. The bathrooms are designed to be functional. The toilet and shower are located in separate rooms, which makes shared living easier.

ALL-INCLUSIVE RENT
The rooms in the shared apartment are rented out with proportional use of the common areas for an all-inclusive rent starting from €429. The all-inclusive rent includes all operating costs, heating, hot water, and electricity. Wi-Fi access is provided without additional cost. All-inclusive rent means: there is no annual utility bill reconciliation – you will not receive any refunds, but you also do not have to make any additional payments. There are no agency fees. The security deposit must be paid before the keys are handed over.

The house is located between the city center of Osnabrück and the Westerberg campus. Both locations are within walking distance, and other university campuses are also nearby.

There are shops approximately 150 meters across the street (a convenience store with a bakery).
