In our modern building in Markt Schwaben, with direct S-Bahn (suburban train) access to Munich, we offer fully furnished, modern apartments. The building was constructed in 2015 with energy efficiency in mind and consists of one-room apartments with living areas ranging from 16 to 26 square meters, spread across three floors. Many of the apartments are south-facing and receive plenty of sunlight, and some have a sunroom. Each apartment features a brand-new, modern, and functional basic setup. This includes a private shower room, a kitchenette with a stove, microwave, and refrigerator, as well as complete furnishings consisting of a wardrobe, desk, and bed. This makes the apartment ideal for immediate occupancy – all the essential elements for comfortable living are already in place. All of our apartments include an internet connection and are rented including heating, electricity, water, garbage collection, and building maintenance. Therefore, all essential ancillary costs are included in the monthly rent, and there is no need for additional contracts or separate registrations with energy or internet providers (exceptions: cable TV and GEZ – a public broadcaster fee). A separate laundry room is available with several washing machines and dryers. Several parking spaces for cars are available free of charge in front of the building. There are also ample spaces for bicycles. Other important information:

The house is centrally located in the town of Markt Schwaben, which is just 14 minutes from Munich by S-Bahn (suburban train) and within walking distance of the train station. Markt Schwaben itself has a well-developed infrastructure with restaurants, bars, shops, gyms, and numerous leisure attractions, such as the Therme Erding (approximately 15 minutes by car).

The residence is located directly next to the S-Bahn station. From there, you can reach Munich Ostbahnhof (industrial district) in 14 minutes by train, or in 20 minutes by S-Bahn, and Munich Central Station (Hbf) in 25 minutes.
