A newly formed shared apartment is being established in an apartment in Berlin-Moabit. We are offering one well-proportioned room in a quiet yet central residential area.

The room is approximately 18 m² in size, bright, and versatile. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The kitchen and bathroom will be shared and fully equipped. As this is a newly formed shared apartment, there is an opportunity to collaboratively decide on the design of the apartment and the organization of communal living. The rent is a fixed price that includes Wi-Fi, electricity, and all other utilities and heating costs.

The rooms are offered furnished, but for hygiene reasons, mattresses, blankets, and pillows are not provided.

The Moabit district offers excellent public transportation links and is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and recreational areas. The Spree River and several parks are within walking distance.
