The city center of Plochingen, with its shops for daily necessities, doctors' offices, and public facilities, is easily accessible within approximately 10-15 minutes on foot.

We anticipate that our new building will be available for rent starting either August 1st, 2026, or September 1st, 2026. Our offer refers to a sample apartment.
In total, there are 12 apartments available. We are constructing 2-room, 3-room, and one 4-room apartments.
All apartments will be equipped with a fitted kitchen with high-quality appliances. A monthly surcharge of €80.00 - €90.00 will be applied, depending on the size of the kitchen (included in the base rent).
The heating and utility costs are estimates, and we do not yet have any historical data. An annual statement will be provided, and the advance payments will be credited against this statement.
