The building is situated on a quiet side street in Schloss Neuhaus, Paderborn. As landlords, we value harmony among the residents and a positive relationship with each other. We want to maintain our peaceful atmosphere and hope that new tenants will contribute to this. We strive to maintain a good, often friendly, relationship with our tenants and are readily available by phone or WhatsApp to answer any questions. The apartment has a floor area of 76.12 square meters. The energy performance certificate is Class A, dated July 27, 2022. The living room is flooded with natural light and has three large windows. The bedroom has two windows, one of which is in the roof slope. The children's room has one skylight. The kitchen and bathroom each have one gable window. The apartment features a bathroom with a separate bathtub and shower. This beautiful top-floor apartment is very bright and ideal for a small family, a young couple, or as a home for a single person. Our apartment has been extensively renovated. The laminate flooring in all rooms is new. The property includes a private storage room in the basement, as well as a shared laundry and drying room for all residents of the building, and an additional bicycle storage room. We are happy to offer long-term rentals and are looking for quiet and responsible tenants with permanent employment. We only rent to non-smokers. We do not allow pets.
