The apartment will be handed over in its current condition. We will support you in the following ways:
Materials: After prior consultation, we will cover the complete costs for flooring, wallpaper, drywall, paint, tiles, sanitary fixtures, and electrical work, as agreed. In addition, you will not have to pay rent for 5 months.
Your contribution: You will carry out the renovation work (painting, flooring, assembly) yourself.
Support: We will not leave you alone. We will provide strong support for any technical questions or difficult tasks. The electrical system must be renewed as part of the renovation. We will work together on this:
Your planning: You decide where you need sockets, switches, or lighting outlets.
Preparation: After consultation, you can install chases or flush-mounted boxes. Professional Installation: The proper installation, wiring, and final inspection must be carried out by a qualified electrical contractor.
