We want to maintain our peaceful atmosphere and continue it with new tenants. We strive to maintain a good, often friendly, relationship with our tenants and are readily available by phone or WhatsApp to answer any questions. The apartment has a living area of 63.56 square meters. Energy performance certificate: Class A, dated July 27, 2022. The apartment features a living room, two bedrooms, and a kitchen. The living room, flooded with natural light, boasts a large window with a door leading to the balcony. The kitchen wall has a tiled mirror and the necessary connections, but no kitchen cabinets. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. This lovely apartment is very bright and ideal for a small family or a young couple/single person looking for a comfortable place to live.
