Scheidegg, located in the Allgäu region, is known for its exceptionally high number of sunshine hours and its healthy climate. The apartment is situated in a quiet, elevated location (a designated health resort area), close to hiking trails and cross-country skiing routes.

Shops, restaurants, and Lake Constance (approximately 25 minutes drive) are easily accessible.

In winter, a cross-country skiing trail runs past the Rosenalm, and a bus stop is located nearby. Scheidegg also offers a community transport service, where volunteers provide transportation within a 50km radius to medical appointments, events, shopping, and more. This is a fantastic service, especially for those with disabilities or in their senior years.
