### Participate in the Design, Don't Just Buy
The project is currently in the planning phase (building permit application in 2026), with a planned completion date in the spring of 2028. ### Studio S1

### The "ASTA 8" Project
This building is being developed as a cooperative housing project, with a focus on sustainable and communal living. The plan is for a detached new building in a green, park-like environment, formerly a diplomatic quarter – centrally located, yet quiet. Particular attention is paid to ecological and sustainable construction:
The building will be constructed using a wood and clay framework, complemented by resource-saving materials and an energy-efficient overall concept. The interior spaces will feature wooden floors (planned: oak), which enhance the natural living atmosphere. An air-water heat pump, combined with a photovoltaic system, will provide an efficient and future-proof energy supply. This will create a healthy indoor climate and a long-term sustainable living and working environment. As part of the residential complex, future owners will benefit from shared amenities, including:

- A flexible guest apartment.
