This apartment is simply beautiful. I purchased it in 2017 and lived in it with my husband and child until November 2025 – we have now moved into a house. What we particularly liked about the apartment: It's bright – you have a lovely view from all sides. At the same time, it's virtually private and not overlooked. The layout is well-designed: the bathroom and all the rooms are accessible from the hallway – there are no rooms that require you to pass through another room. The entrance area in front of the apartment door allows you to leave your dirty shoes outside. The open-plan kitchen is spacious, and the living room offers plenty of space for a dining table that is 1.80 meters long. Despite the sloping ceilings, each room has at least one very high wall, so cabinets that are 2.36 meters tall or higher are not a problem. The community of residents is very friendly! In the communal garden, there is the possibility to plant your own flower beds. The building manager lives in the neighboring house and doesn't mind if you help out with the gardening – but of course, there's no obligation to do so. On particularly hot days or nights, the air conditioning system (brand: Hisense) guarantees a restful sleep. I have carried out several modernization works: parquet flooring, venetian blinds/pleated shades, a glass door between the hallway and the living room, and air conditioning, among other things. The dishwasher is from 2022. The apartment is suitable for singles, couples, families with children, and shared living arrangements. If I were to move in again, I would do the following:
- Paint the walls
- Paint/replace the radiator in the bathroom
- Install a new sink in the bathroom, possibly a new shower enclosure
- Install a new refrigerator/freezer combination in the kitchen
- Create a permanent seating area on the roof terrace
- Make some improvements, such as replacing the silicone seals and hinges.
