It is fully basemented. Due to its recent construction, it also meets new energy efficiency standards regarding insulation and the photovoltaic system. Therefore, energy costs are very low (we currently pay approximately €150 for electricity per month, including heating and hot water). There is no need for renovations – just a fresh coat of paint and it's ready to move in. The garden is relatively large for a property in this location, but easy to maintain, with plenty of lawn and two brick raised beds. A garden shed is also included. The 9-meter long garage with an electric sectional door offers plenty of space for a car, bicycles, etc. The parking space directly in front also has enough room for two mid-size cars. The wall in the first floor between the office and the children's room is a dry wall that was installed later. This can be completely removed if needed, if a larger room is desired instead of the two smaller rooms. Special feature:
The access road in front of the houses is partially private property of all residents of the street. This situation results in communal costs for things like the sewage pump, administration, snow removal, and liability insurance. When allocated to each individual house, these costs currently amount to €66 per month.
